I am just letting you know that we stayed apartment 402 from 2/10/11to 13/10/11 and could not have enjoyed your place any better. The staff were helpful from Security guard to cleaning staff to reception and breakfast staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and we cannot say anything bad about your hotel. you as the owner was alos excellent and we like the improvements you are doing. We would stay again. This is a very lovely personal hotel. The rooms were excellent, with magnificent ocean views. Short walk to main shops and shopping area, walk across road to the beach. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, fantastic staff, more than willing to help anyone. Will definitely be back to the Avantika for our next holiday.

Thankyou avantika hotel for making my first trip to Thailand memorable and excellent! The staff are very friendly and will go the extra mile to help you. On our last night we needed to weigh our luggages and the security guard helped me with all four luggages! The rooms are so chic and gives the room that real \"I\'m on holiday\" feeling! What makes this hotel great is that they make it seem very exclusive and very private for their guests! Everyone loves privacy and I sure got mine! The food and breakfast was very scrumptious and tasty as well as the complimentary drinks upon arrival! Not to mention the complimentary bottled water everyday unlike in this current hotel in Malaysia! The staff should be commended on their excellent service and should all get a pay rise!
